Welcome to my website.  My goal is to share my experience and knowledge to help you navigate buying or selling your home with confidence.

I have been a New Hampshire licensed real estate agent since 2014.  Prior to real estate I was employed by Fidelity Investments assisting Fidelity employees and the employees of Fidelity’s clients with their 401K plans.  In my real estate business, I have worked with the builder Sousa Realty and now with Bean Group.

My focus is in the following areas:

• New Construction – Helping buyers navigate the process of buying in new construction developments.
• Moving up and downsizing – Transitioning from one lifestyle to another.
• Relocation – Buyers and Sellers moving to or from a different state

My memberships are with the National Association of Realtors, the New Hampshire Association of Realtors, and the Greater Manchester-Nashua Board of Realtors.  I have attained certain designations in the industry such as GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CBR (Certified Buyer Representative) and the RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert).

Fun, personal facts:

• I’m a mom of 4 kids ages 23 to 29.
• Lived in Hudson, NH for 30 years and most of my family resides in Hudson, Windham and Derry NH.
• Raised in Billerica, MA
• Board member of Friends of Benson Park (A non-profit developed to assist the town of Hudson, NH with the conservation and preservation of Benson Park)
• Avid reader and amateur photographer.
